A conversational session that adapts to what you need that day. We might talk, work with the body through breath, or use gentle energy work. Some days are reflective, some are grounding, others are simply about having a place to land.

Somatic Breathwork
A guided breathing practice designed to help your nervous system release tension and process emotions that don’t respond to thinking alone. This is less about talking and more about experiencing. Many people leave feeling clearer, calmer, or lighter.

• processing stored stress
• reconnecting with the body

Energy Work
A quiet session focused on regulation and rest. Minimal conversation — you simply lie down and allow the body to settle. Often helpful when talking feels like too much.
